Depending on your circumstances, there may be other significant opportunities that you may not be aware of. Franchisees are told by the brand that the franchise agreements are not negotiable, but there is plenty of wiggle room to pull out important concessions if you know your target.
Pre-opening, Development & Operations
The scope and style of the opening activities are tailored to the hotel or resort itself, the community and the targeted demand generators/markets.
